Cerebral palsy is a neuro-development disorder, management of which requires awareness risk factors and regular developmental assessments. Committed routine follow up necessary for cerebral patient along with parental adequate knowledge.Effective timely intervention professional guidance medication could significantly improve the overall condition therefore would make their living relatively meaningful.Early starts withinfirst 6 months after term age. Intervention should be performed daily in home consideringthe importance parent child relationship, training counseling by professionalguidance. In fact, Parental knowledge child’s inadequate.
